Aaron, Practice Administrator

Aaron has been at RCV since 2010, helping to ensure that the practice runs smoothly at all levels. He has earned a B.A. in Writing and Literature from Burlington College. When he’s not at RCV, he spends his time reading, writing, snowboarding, and spending time with his wife and son.


Tasha, Clinical Manager

Tasha has been an Ophthalmic Technician at RCV since 2014. In her free time she enjoys cooking, horseback riding, reading, snowboarding, hiking, and spending time with her husband, son, her two cats, and her horse Levi.


Kristy, Billing and Collections Manager

Kristy has been at RCV since 2011, overseeing all things insurance-related. She resides in Georgia with her husband, three children, dog cat and horses. She is an avid equestrian and loves the beach. When not at RCV you will likely find her on horseback or in Maine soaking up the sun.


Sue, Ophthalmic Technician

Sue has been in the ophthalmic field since 2003. She is a native Vermonter who lives in Fairfax with her daughter, husband and two dogs. She likes the New York Yankees and camping. She is also an avid baker and enjoys photography.



KD 1Krystn, Ophthalmic Technician

Krystn has been in the ophthalmic field since 2002, and has been with RCV since 2012. She is a native Vermonter, and graduated from Colchester High School. She lives with her husband, two kids, and two dogs. She also has an African dwarf frog. In her spare time she likes to kayak, read, and spend time at home with her family.


Heather, Ophthalmic Technician

Heather has been working in eye care since 2013, beginning in optometry before becoming a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant here at RCV. Heather is originally from Caribou, Maine and moved to Vermont in 2008. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, going for walks with her dog Sera, playing her violin and being with friends and family.


Deena, Administrative Professional

Deena is an Administrative Assistant at RCV. She is a native Vermonter. She enjoys spending time with friends and family. She lives in Grand Isle with her husband, three children and Remington, her lazy and loving yellow lab. We are lucky to have her upbeat and caring spirit here at RCV. When not at work you can find her off the shores of Lake Champlain reeling in big fish.


Vanessa, Ophthalmic Technician

Vanessa has lived in Burlington for the past 6 years. She spends her free time rock climbing, cooking, playing guitar, writing poetry, and hanging out with her partner, cat, dog, and friends. For the past 5 years Vanessa has been singing and dancing with the Spielpalast Cabaret, and has most recently taken on the role as MC. She is proud to be a part of the amazing team of Ophthalmic Technicians at RCV.


Brittni, Senior Administrative Professional

Brittni is an Administrative Assistant at RCV. She is a Vermonter who enjoys the beach, crafting, cooking and spending time with family. She graduated from Brattleboro Union High School and The University of Vermont. She also has a degree in Automotive Technology and spent 5 years as a Mechanic. Sadie, her black lab, frequently stops in for a visit here at RCV.


Becca, Ophthalmic Technician

Becca joined RCV in 2017 after working in veterinary medicine. She graduated from Earlham College in 2011 with a degree in Biology. When not at work, Becca can be found training her puppy in agility, reading, cooking, being with friends and family or binge watching Netflix. A native Vermonter, Becca lives in Essex with her fiancé, cat, and Shetland Sheepdog.


Sarah, Ophthalmic Technician

Sarah moved to Vermont from Connecticut to join us at RCV in 2017.  She has a background in Internal Medicine and is certified in Medical Assisting and Phlebotomy. She spends her free time cooking, snowboarding, and spending time with friends.


Sadie, Professional Greeter

Sadie is a native Vermonter and resides in Milton with her four humans. She enjoys napping, swimming and eating. She frequently takes her tiny humans on adventures through the woods and loves to chase squirrels. She finds joy in simple things and loves her work here at RCV.
